Ferro Molybdenum is an alloy which is formed by combining Iron & Molybdenum. Ferro Molybdenum is a hardening agent & is found in many alloy steels. Molybdenum prevents corrosion in Stainless steel and when mixed with Iron, it also hardens & strengthens into austenite. It is the main source for molybdenum alloying of HSLA steel.
